ABOUT ME
I am a licensed psychologist MSc. in Denmark. Throughout my career, I have worked in various fields of psychology, from psychiatry and neuropsychology to individual psychological care for both adults and children.
In 2023, I decided to open my own clinic, PsicoDeza, to offer online and in-person therapy in both English and Spanish. I am also part of the Sandau & Nymand Psychologists' community of practice.

Discovering Lara has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me! I decided to go to her during a very stressful time and my life took a turn. I had never felt so comfortable in therapy before. She has helped me get to know myself a lot better and to deal with situations that were previously impossible.

I went to therapy when I was already feeling really bad, with a lot of stress and insecurities. After just a few sessions I was already noticing an improvement and after 6 months I feel different and with many tools to deal with stress and intrusive thoughts. I recommend Lara 100%. She does a great job and puts a lot of heart into it.
Finding Lara has been a huge relief since I arrived in Denmark. As a Latino, I was looking for someone who understood my roots and the challenges of adapting to a new country. Lara offered me a safe space where I could open up and learn to manage homesickness and stress. Thanks to her support, I now feel more balanced and prepared to face the challenges of living here. I am very grateful for her help in this adaptation process.
